Ms. Burrito wanted me to curl her hair with the flat iron but I was afraid that it would damage it so I told her that I would just braid it. I braided it after she took a sower and she slept with it, when she woke up we opened up the braid and this is what we have, a naturally curled hair without using anything.
She reminds me of me when I was young, I always wanted a curly hair because mine is straight.Oh do you see the gap in her teeth? She lost another one last week.
wow, beautiful curly hair. nicely done!
ReplyDeletecan't find where to comment, sorry about that, that's why I have to tell you here I love her curls!! (I also have straight hair and looooove curly hair)
DeleteN is for..
Such a pretty little girl on her curly shiny hair. Great job mommy.
ReplyDeletei love her long hair and its natural color.:) very pretty!
ReplyDeleteShe looks so beautiful both straight and curled hair. I remember back in Pinas mommy, my friends and I used to braid our hair using the stick that you get from the coconut. I love it that way. :) Her hair look beautiful and so as she. :)
ReplyDeleteShe loves and adores it! That's nice of you mommy to just braid it instead of giving her a flat iron magic! Well, if you use a flat iron hair protector, it would be safe.
ReplyDeleteso cute...she looks super cute on that curly hair sis....:) super haba na yung hair ni Rye!
ReplyDeleteoh, what a beautiful curly hair. Natural braid is way better than using curling irons as those can damage your daughter's hair strands.
ReplyDeleteVery lovely girl :-) She has very long hair and the curls look good on her.
ReplyDeleteGood idea mare. Braids na lang para di masira young strands ng hair ni Riley.
ReplyDeleteso pretty and it looks great on her with curly hair. i do that to my daughter too, i braid her hair and it'll curl for hours. at least it's done naturally.
ReplyDeleteI remember when I was a kid, we use casava leaves to curl our hair.. the little one lost two teeth two weeks ago, and he will lost another two in the next coming days..
ReplyDeleteThat is one smart way to get hair curly without damaging it with a curling iron!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty girl with pretty hair,
ReplyDeleteSmart mom!
ReplyDeleteAnd I want straight hair!
I have always wanted curly hair. My grandmother Pin curled it once and it was gorgeous. I wish I knew how to(or was able to do it on my super long hair.
ReplyDeleteHow cute! I used to braid my daughter's hair when she was younger.
ReplyDeleteShe has Beautiful Hair, nice and wavy.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever tried pin curls? or Rag Curls?
Pin curls are done with a bobby pin you take small thin strips of hair and twist, twist, twist them then wrap round your finger and bobby pin close to head.
Rag curls are just that, you take an old towel and and tear it in to strips and wrap end of hair around the strip of towel and then roll it up and tie in a knot. it makes the curliest hair I'm not kidding. with the length of her hair I bet it would so curly!
Ohh my mom never done this on soaking wet hair or it wont dry. just spritz it or dont even wet it at all :)
She is so cute, love the snaggle tooth grin and the curls. Glad you too a more natural approach to curling it.
ReplyDeletelovely hair.. braids is really a good way to have a curly hair.. actually when I'm still at your age I also do hair braids
